EB News: 01/10/2018 - 10:21
Ofsted has issued its annual point-in-time online surveys for boarding schools to find out what children, parents and residential staff have to say about their schools.
Their responses will help inform future inspections. Ofsted is asking for responses by 9 November 2018.
Schools should provide a link to the surveys to everyone. Alternatively, anyone wishing to offer their views can contact Ofsted on 0300 123 1231 (select option 5 and then option 2) or email enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk.
A number of school leaders under union NAHT have expressed strong opposition to Ofsted’s planned new inspection framework, with an overwhelming majority backing industrial action if the reforms go ahead as planned.
