With a background in local government and the NHS, Warren brings a distinctive perspective to education leadership.

Warren is CEO of Nexus Multi Academy Trust, a group of schools across South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire, with a majority serving children with special educational needs.

He also led the successful closure and re-brokering of a failing multi-academy trust. A serving Magistrate and public sector adviser, he contributes nationally to education policy, governance, attendance, pensions, and school trust leadership.
