Sir Dan Moynihan is Chief Executive of the Harris Federation, one of England’s highest-performing multi-academy trusts, educating more than 44,000 pupils across London and the South East.
Since taking the helm in 2004, he has overseen the Federation’s growth from a single school to more than 50 academies, transforming outcomes in many previously underperforming schools.
A prominent voice in education, Sir Dan chairs the National Institute of Teaching and the Department for Education’s Computing Advisory Group, and serves on the Youth Endowment Fund Committee. He is a passionate advocate for excellent teaching and strong behaviour systems.
