Professor Simon Peyton Jones is a prominent figure in computer science education, known for co-founding Computing at School (CAS), the association for computing education in the UK, and his involvement in the National Centre for Computing Education (NCCE). 

He played a key role in the 2014 reform of the English computing curriculum, which established computer science as a foundational subject for all students.
