Dominic was appointed Chief Executive of Unity Schools Partnership, one of England’s largest multi-academy trusts, at the end of 2025.

He is a highly regarded education leader and commentator, with extensive experience across the sector. Previously CEO of United Learning and an Executive Director, he is recognised for his strategic leadership and national influence in school improvement.

He also served as Chief Executive of the Independent Association of Prep Schools (IAPS) and is frequently invited to contribute to government, academic and sector initiatives, particularly in areas relating to educational technology and system-wide reform.
