In August 2019, Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and NHS Procurement in Partnership (NHS PiP) announced that they were forming a workforce alliance partnership to deliver a portfolio of health workforce services, providing support to customers and suppliers alike.

One of the frameworks under this alliance is the Flexible Resource Pool – Staff Bank, and Randstad is pleased to announce that we were awarded onto this framework last year.

What is the framework?
It has been created for NHS trusts and public sector bodies which are looking to procure a flexible staff bank solution for clinical and non-clinical temporary staff through a provider. And the best part of it? This framework is the first of its kind to ensure pre-employment assurance is undertaken against NHS Employers Check Standards for all workers employed by an outsourced bank.
