Catering Management Consultants, works with schools and colleges, supporting them to deliver their in-house catering provision. Our clients see us as part of their school team as we take a hands-on approach to assisting them with managing their service, so much so that some clients have been with us since our beginnings, eighteen years ago!

We advise client schools with all aspects of the catering service; menu planning and development, staff skills training, implementation and training of our kitchen safety systems (risk assessments, COSHH, HACCP, Allergens), certified Level 2 Food Safety training, implementation of our online Tracker ordering and budgeting facility, service auditing and monthly client meeting.

CMC believe that what we do is all about a child’s lunch and see the dining room as an extension of the classroom. We pride ourselves on ensuring that schools can purchase quality produce from reputable suppliers who meet our exacting food standards.
