Efteling Theme Park Resort is Europe’s third largest theme park, open 365 days a year.

After a day in the park we guarantee you will want more - so why not stay overnight at the Efteling Hotel, Efteling Village Bosrijk, or the new Loonsche Land Hotel & Village, all within walking distance to the park and guests can enter the park 30 minutes early and enjoy unlimited access during their stay.
Efteling is based in the south of Holland in the small town of Kaatshuevel and is easy to get to by train, plane or ferry: Drive time from Amsterdam – 1.15hours, Eindhoven - 30 minutes, Calais - 3.5 hours, Rotterdam - 45 mins.
Efteling offers a selection of attractions and rides to suit everyone. Lots of rollercoasters including one that takes place in the dark, an unusual double rail wooden rollercoaster, a bobsleigh ride and a wild water ride. But do you are to ride Baron 1898, the exhilarating dive coaster, based on a gold mining theme. A treacherous 37.5m freefall down a mineshaft followed by a half loop, half roll at 90km per hour followed by a Zero G toll (an inside out corkscrew where visitors will momentarily experience weightlessness) into a fast spiral should satisfy any adrenaline junkie!
If that’s all a bit too much take a stroll around the Fairytale Forest filled with Anton Pieck designed buildings which are home to many well-known fairytale characters and some new ones. Don’t miss the Fairytale Tree, who tells stories to enchanted children. Glide through a dream world on Droomvlucht, Efteling’s most popular ride. Take a spin on Monsieur Cannibal’s Cauldrons, explore the maze or get spooked in the haunted house, there’s something for all the family to enjoy.
To celebrate Efteling’s 65th anniversary in 2017 – Symbolica – Palace of Fantasy opened. An indoor family ride where nothing is what it seems. You can choose your preferred route fromL Music, Treasure or Heros and glide along in your trackless carriage and marvel at a place where nothing is what it seems!
A ride on the Pagoda, a flying Thai temple that revolves and reaches dizzy heights offers stunning views over the whole resort. Take a boat ride on the lake, watch the incredible Raveleijn live show based on a mythical story, be amazed by the stunt horse riders, disappearing Princess and 5 headed, fire breathing dragon!
To end a fantastic experience, our daily Aquanura water show, the largest in Europe (third largest in the world!) is a spectacle to behold with over 200 fountains dancing to lights, fire and music, before wandering back to your accommodation.
Spend the night at the Efteling Hotel with its double or family rooms and unique themed suites each with a tale to tell. Child friendly is the key to this hotel with its large restaurant, fantastic playroom to entertain the children, videos featuring the Efteling characters like Jokie and Jet, play all day long. All rooms are equipped with practical facilities and some surprises!
Efteling Village Bosrijk is a spacious holiday park set in woodland offering a choice of accommodation from lakeside lodges, woodland cottages and gate house apartments to choose from where you can self-cater or dine in the restaurant with its extensive menu, its up to you. Have pizza delivered to your door by bicycle . Offering a small shop for staples, swimming pool, children’s storytelling area and lots of play areas in the woods.
Loonsche Land Hotel and Village is the newest addition to the resort, opened in 2017, it offers guests a great stay in the middle of nature. Family rooms sleep up to 6 and there are group houses catering for 12-24 guests for those large family gatherings. The hotel’s themed rooms are not actually in the hotel but outside, up in the trees, underground and in water…..very different!! Alternatively, choose a cosy cabin in the village, set in the dunes, where you can self-cater in the cosy comfort of your own environment, with fully fitted kitchen, lounge/dining area and bedrooms sleeping up to 6/8 –a short walk to the park for a day of thrills and spills.
