All the VeriCool software modules have a dynamic link with SIMs (VeriCool is a SIMs Premier Partner) and Serco Facility (VeriCool is a SERCO partner).
VeriCool for Schools is a suite of software designed to offer the most cost-effective and beneficial way of moving schools from a manual or card-based registration / cashless catering process. We have designed VeriCool to use fingertip verification as the key identifier to simplify these tasks. When entering the classroom or canteen, the student places their enrolled finger on the digital fingertip scanner and VeriCool verifies the student's identity in less than one second.

Payment methods include cheques, on-line payment and our in-house designed wall mounted coin and note loader using fingertip verification.
The VeriCool portal enables student’s to check their balance from any school networked PC.
The VeriCool Registration module allows the teacher to concentrate on teaching, leaving the students to register themselves on the Biometric scanner.
The teacher can open the register quickly and easily then lock the screen and forget.
The students register using the biometric scanner.
If the registration time has passed students will be given an ‘L’.
After the set time the software will save marks back to the server, given any student not registered an ‘N’.
The School Reception software is an electronic version of the Late Book and the Visitors book.
Students can sign in, sign in late and sign out.
Visitors can sign in and be presented with a visitors label automatically printed.
All VeriCool processes have a manual override if a student has not had their finger enrolled.
