Cranegates Limited were formed in 1991 and offers Asbestos Services throughout the UK, from surveys and removal to encapsulation and project management. Our expert team offer professional advice and sound financial cost planning to assist in your project.
We have been successful in securing long term partnering works with County Councils, The Royal Household, Utility sector companies Housing associations, Health Authorities and a host of blue chip companies.
In keeping with our environmental philosophy we founded CG+ to operate in the emotive subjects of feral pigeons, graffiti removal, sharps collection, duct cleaning and spillages including mercury. These services are complimentary to each other and strengthen our aim is to be the first name in Environmental issues.
The sister company in the group is CG Interiors who were formed in 2001 to address the growing number of construction related enquiries we encountered from our client base.
Initially tackling soft strip and builders package works the growth of our team has seen us move into more specialists fields such as decent home projects, specialist disabled adaption’s and main stream education works. Our full services now extend to include new build projects, refurbishment works, roofing, window replacement, painting, decorating and joinery packages. Our clients include large construction companies, consultants, architects, local authorities, health authorities, housing associations and primary care trusts with particular expertise in education and occupied premises.
We adopt an honest and open approach to all work and fully embrace the value of partnering with our clients to bring added value to all projects through our supply chain. We are fully transparent with costs as we believe in a 95% return business strike rate. Our approach to Health and Safety is “no accident” and all staff and operatives receive full site induction and progressive training at our Head Office. We also promote site tool box talks throughout every project.
As part of our continued development we are members of several local authority accrediting organisations such as Exor, Construction Line, CHAS, British Safety Council and we were recently successful in retaining IIP where we were commended on our staff training programme during our IIP company evaluation.
We have also, as a sign of excellence within our field, been awarded the honour of a Royal Appointment from Her Majesty the Queen, which proves we deliver “Outperformance as Standard”.For more information
